Barakah Trading & Consultancy

Overview

Stainless steel is uncompromising — corrosion-resistant, hygienic, strong, and visually precise. Barakah’s fabrication team works in Grade 304 and marine-grade 316 steel to produce balustrades, handrails, reception desks, kitchen extraction hoods, cladding panels, and structural posts.

All joints are TIG-welded, then ground and polished to a consistent surface finish — mirror, brushed, or satin — so the result looks machined rather than fabricated. We work from client drawings or develop our own shop drawings for approval before cutting.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why choose stainless steel over mild steel for a staircase or railing?

Stainless steel doesn't need painting and resists corrosion without a protective coating, which matters for high-visibility or high-moisture areas like commercial kitchens and bathrooms.

Does stainless steel work need any ongoing maintenance?

Routine cleaning to keep the finish bright is all that's normally needed — it doesn't require repainting or rust treatment the way mild steel does.

Can stainless steel railings be polished to different finishes?

Yes — brushed, satin, and mirror-polished finishes are all available depending on the look the project calls for.
