Our process

Careful material sourcing
Every project begins with selecting the right materials. We work with trusted suppliers of glass, aluminium profiles, ACP panels, and ceiling systems, verifying grade, thickness, and certification before any material reaches our workshop or site.

Pre-execution planning & technical co-ordination
Before fabrication starts, our team prepares detailed shop drawings and co-ordinates with the client, architect, and main contractor. Dimensions are verified on-site; clashes with MEP services and structural elements are resolved on paper, not during installation.

On-site supervision
A dedicated site supervisor is present throughout every installation phase. Alignment, fixing centres, sealant application, and surface protection are checked against the shop drawings at each stage — not only at the end.

Safety & structural compliance
We work to the relevant Bangladesh National Building Code requirements and manufacturer installation guidelines. Safety glass is specified where required by regulation; structural fixings are sized to the actual loads and confirmed before installation proceeds.

Final inspection & client handover
Before we hand over any project, every surface, joint, seal, and fitting is inspected against our internal checklist. Defects are remedied before the client walkthrough. Handover documentation, warranty information, and care instructions are provided at completion.
